- Shed A - 60m x 28m with 10 tonne crane. Concrete tiltup walls and steel framed roof
- Shed B - 60m x 42m clear span shed. Steel framed walls and roof
- Shed C - 60m x 42m clear span shed. Concrete tiltup walls and steel framed roof. Two level concrete framed office section (1100m2)
- Civil works - Large scale earthworks and retaining walls to provide level industrial site. Design of pavement and internal drainage. Road widening to Tile Street to meet Brisbane City Council conditions
